I've been able to rebuild them in the past and they worked fine. I had one on a mail away that I redid 2 or 3 times and it kept filling the boots with fluid. It sucked for me, it sucked for the guy who I did the work for. In the end I sent him a refund, it was right in the middle of Covid when I had limited access to my garage (mid-renovation) AND was full time with 3 kids at home doing remote school. He used this place to rebuild it and I think they got it in the end. https://inrackandaxle.com/ I would recommend them, as they can pressure test it off the car before sending it out, I can't. Also my other advice is that more rebuild places use boots that are actually too long for Z32 (they are correct for S14). I would replace any supplied boot with a new OEM pair. Z32 boots have 9 big pleats and 3 small ones. Most aftermarket ones have 10 big ones with 3 small and a longer snout. If you need correct boots, I have plenty on hand. RIGHT:
